Central Kentucky Civil War Heritage Trail Planning Committee

The Central Kentucky Civil War Heritage Trail Planning Committee is an informal group of representatives from central Kentucky organizations and state agencies interested in the historic preservation, tourism and promotion of significant civil war battlefields and sites in the central Kentucky region. The heritage trail is planned as a means of annually highlighting these sites, hosting events which invite the public to visit, and promoting the sites collectively.
